Voting is a fundamental right of every shareholder. The Company provides shareholders with the opportunity to vote without discrimination and informs shareholders, on a regular basis, of the rules governing voting procedures and information related to voting rights. The Company avoids any procedure that may prevent the exercise of  voting rights, including imposing a fee for attending General Assembly meetings or voting on their resolutions.
